- Special Dietary or Handicap needs must be requested at time of booking. Late notification (within 48 hours) may result in our inability to honor requests.
- Employees of Unicorn Tours, Inc., transportation companies, or other vendors are not allowed to physically assist or lift disabled passengers.
- We suggest that passengers who require special assistance be accompanied by a traveling companion who is capable of providing the needed assistance.
- Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers can be stored in baggage compartment on bus.

war, weather, or Acts of God – hurricanes, snowstorms, tornadoes etc.

cancellation, or strand individuals on motorcoach and/or air tours,
including any ship/ferry transportation included in tour, or any other
cause beyond its control.
