Trip Cancellation Premium is due with payment at time of booking and guarantees full refund of trip cost (less insurance) at any time up to day of departure if you need to cancel your Day Trip.

Please Note:

• Special Dietary or Handicap needs must be requested at time of booking.  Late notification (within 48 hours) may result in our inability to honor requests. 
• Employees of Unicorn Tours, Inc., transportation companies, or other vendors are not allowed to physically assist or lift disabled passengers.
• We suggest that passengers who require special assistance be accompanied by a traveling companion who is capable of providing the needed assistance.
• Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers can be stored in baggage compartment on bus.

Unicorn Tours, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expenses arising from strikes, war, weather, or Acts of God – hurricanes, snowstorms, tornadoes etc. that may cause disruption, change of advertised schedules and itinerary, cancellation, or strand individuals on motorcoach and/or air tours, including any ship/ferry transportation included in tour, or any other cause beyond its control.
 
Unicorn Tours, Inc. reserves the right to amend the itinerary at any time whenever transportation schedules or other factors make it necessary or advisable.  Restaurants and attractions stated in itinerary or similar will be provided.

Multi-Day Tour Information

• Deposit due with reservation - full refund if trip is cancelled
• Trip deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to departure (date may vary by tour so check flyer)
• Final Payment due 30-45 days from departure (date may very by tour) - Non-Refundable
• Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance is available and due with deposit (details below)
• 30 passengers required for guaranteed departures
• Tour prices are quoted in US Dollars
• All tours are fully escorted by Professional Tour Director
• Transportation by 55-passenger luxury motorcoach
• Luggage tags, itinerary with hotel contact numbers etc. provided 2 weeks prior to departure
• No open alcoholic beverages are allowed on motorcoach
• Unicorn Tours, Inc. does not accept credit cards
• Return check fee $35

Minors Traveling to Canada  
When traveling to Canada, requirements for minors under the age of 18 - unless accompanied by both parents:

• Must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• At border, the responsible adult must present to Custom Authorities, written authorization, signed before a notary, from the legal parent(s) or guardian
• The minor must also have a valid passport/passport card

Parent traveling alone to Canada with minor child without other parent:
A parent traveling to Canada alone with a minor child must present to Custom Authorities at the border, a written authorization, signed before a notary,statement from the other parent or legal guardian allowing the child to leave the US and enter Canada.

Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance

Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance Premium is due with your trip deposit.  Protect yourself against unexpected medical emergencies with trip cancellation insurance that will provide a full refund of trip cost (minus insurance premium) from 29 days up to day of departure for medical reasons ONLY. A Physician's note is required for reimbursement.

Reimbursements will also be made available for those sharing accommodations with the insured party provided they also purchased the Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Friends and Family Discount

When 10 or more friends and family members book the same tour together with full payment 60 days from departure, a 10% discount will be given to each passenger (for a of maximum 15 passengers).  If, for any reason, the group number falls below the required minimum of 10, the 10% discount already granted will be void for each passenger and the 10% due must be paid before tour departs.

Bring a Friend & SAVE

Our  “Bring A Friend” Program rewards our regular customers with a $10 Discount on any Day Trip and $25 Discount on any Multi-Day Tour that you “bring a friend” who has never traveled with Unicorn Tours in the past.

To qualify for The Incentive Rewards Program you must:

• Book any Day Trip or Multi-Day Tour with any “friend” that books that same trip at the same time and has never traveled with Unicorn Tours in the past
• You will receive $10 off the cost of your day trip for any friend joining the same trip who is new to Unicorn Tours.  Bring 2 friends, earn $20 off cost of your trip, 3 and earn $30 etc. etc.
• You will receive $25 off the cost of your Multi-Day Tour for any friend joining that same trip who is new to Unicorn Tours. Bring 2 friends and earn $50 off your tour, 3 and earn $75 etc. etc.
• Only one person per booking is eligible to receive these incentive reward discounts.
• The Incentive Rewards Program is valid for all new bookings after May 1, 2012 and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
